Privacy Policy — Tourvest Voucher App

This Privacy Policy explains how Aright (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Tourvest Voucher App (the “App”).

Information we collect

We collect information to provide and improve the App:

  1. Account and authentication information
    Email address and basic profile information (such as name) when you sign in (including via Google Sign‑In).
    Your Firebase user identifier (UID).
  2. Location information (with permission, while using the App)
    Precise location may be used to find nearby vendors and for address autocomplete / location-based features.
  3. Camera and photos (with permission)
    Camera access may be used to scan barcodes/QR codes within the App.
    If you choose to upload a profile or cover image, the App accesses photos you select from your device and uploads them to secure storage.
  4. Support/feedback content
    If you submit help/feedback, you may optionally include a screenshot. Screenshots are uploaded so our team can troubleshoot issues.
  5. Device and app usage information
    Device and app information (such as device type, operating system, app version) and usage events (such as screen views and feature interactions) for analytics and to improve the App.
  6. Diagnostics
    Crash and error reports to help us diagnose and fix problems.

How we use your information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • Provide core functionality (login, vouchers/features, profile images, location-based features).
  • Customer support (respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, review feedback screenshots).
  • Analytics and improvements (understand feature usage, improve performance and UX).

How we share your information

We share information only as needed to operate the App:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check) as our infrastructure and analytics/crash reporting provider.
  • Google Places/Maps services for location features (such as address autocomplete / map-related functions).

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for their advertising.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes (such as security, support, and compliance). You can request deletion as described below.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Withdraw location/camera/photo permissions in your device settings.

Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
